The last 3 years I have either been pregnant or nursing. I was able to fast about 1/2 the days the last 3 years. I don't have to fast, but I really enjoy it and it doesn't feel the same when you don't fast the entire time...I feel like I'm just being lazy. anyways, I think I can do it this year because Omar is 6 months, eating food and already taking formula once a day for supplement because I can't keep up with him...so I can fall back on formula if needed and then drink my amazaing milk producing tea if needed!
